1099 Lite Return/Refund Policy
1099 Lite is distributed as Try Before You Buy or TBYB software. This means the real program can be downloaded, installed and tested by anyone. The program is initially in TRIAL mode, and allows testing. Then, if the testing party decides to purchase, the program is can be ACTIVATED. Activation switches the program from TRIAL mode to PRODUCTION mode. When in TRIAL mode, 1099 Lite prints SAMPLE on the forms, and some other features are disabled.

Software Refund Policy: If you purchased 1099 Lite software for $59.95 then change your mind and want a refund, you may receive a refund for up to 30 calendar days after purchase, so long as the program has not been activated. Once the program has been activated, and put in production mode, there are no refunds. Activation can not be undone.
